I asked about this several weeks ago, reading no more on the AHP web site than AHP had a "majority" stake in Immunex shares. Today on CNBC I heard that the exact number is 54% control by AHP of Immunex.I regard that as a positive and the Immunex relationship bodes well for AHP in the future.
