Is that a yearly average gain of all currently held stocks or total average gain of all the stocks Global Gains currently holds? I read the explanation but still don't understand....

The Scorecard presents the return of Global Gains since the service started. Each stock's returns represents its return since it was recommended. When a position has been sold, its return is frozen. Both current and sold stocks are included in the overall return.
