Perhaps has to do with the upcoming release of their first big Chilean import this summer. Anticipation, anyway. It's supposedly going to be "leading with their best foot forward" and a very high quality effort. I would expect good things on this front from MOND.

Separately, anyone know of any new efforts in Italian varietals, Pinot Gris and such? A friend over on the Bear Board is going to visit Napa this summer and insists that he's bored with the cabernets and chardonnays and wants to stray from the beaten path a little. I know of Luna vineyards over on Silverado Trail, and up the hill there's Atlas Peak, but know of no others personally. Any other ideas I can pass along?
