Perhaps she was thinking of that Rep who complained about struggling to live on a $174,000 Congressional salary--in rural Wisconsin!--and actually having to kick in for his health insurance and pension (apparently he thought they'd be freebies) and support his non-working wife and 6 kids while paying off school loans and a mortgage.That reminds me of another Rep who was shocked his Congressional health policy didn't start the minute he was elected.
