Personally I see this as a positive to RMBS, simply because when the BUS goes to court against Micron and Hyundai first, it will be two American companies fighting it out in a German Court and an American and Korean company fighting each other. It did make me a little nervous that before it was an American Company fighting a German company in a German court. I just believe it makes it easier politically for the German courts to rule in favor of the BUS(in other words it removes the prospect of a political ruling). Comments from Tinkershaw and the other lawyers are welcome as I am not a lawyer.P.S. this is not a condemnation of the German court system, I know they have a very fair system it just removes the possibility.Weast
