Germany is already on schedule to see higher CO2 emissions this year. 2017 emissions will be higher than 2016, 2015 and 2014!

Pete,

Your statements above about Germany coal and lignite burning is false. The "projected" increase in German CO2 emissions in 2017 is due to burning of oil and natural gas for households and transportation. It is NOT due to more coal burning for electrical power generation.

Furthermore, Germany emitted
2016 906 million tons of CO2
2015 902
2014 904
2013 945
2012 927
2011 922
2010 942

In 2016, emissions increased by 0.4%.
In 2015, emissions decreased by 0.2%.
In 2014, emissions decreased by 4.1%

You keep writing the same false stories about Germany and coal burning. You are like someone who concentrates on a small pimple on a person (German CO2 emissions) while ignoring that the person has leprosy (China, USA, India, Russia, Japan CO2 emissions).

You continue to ignore the leprosy and concentrate on the pimple. How honest or scientific is that?
