I just went back to check my old posts and found your answers. Thanks very much for your analysis and comments. They were very helpful. I will also take your comments about my accountant not having 2001 tax software yet under consideration. He probably is best at small business taxes - maybe I'll look for a good EA instead. I've read the board's comments on EAs and looked at the National Association for EA website. Sounds like the way to go - it's hard to be an expert on everything!
