So, she says, I'll file the complaint and you will hear from us....I've always been happy with TaxAct and Wells Fargo. Intuit has had problems before with this sort of thing, and with their Quicken product, too, as I recall. I've tried Compass and BAC, though not JPM. The only time I had a problem with WF, and it was a serious one, I got live people, both on the phone and promptly via email (because I wanted an on the record conversation), and the bank worked hard and quickly to produce a prompt correction.Eric Hines
