I've always been happy with TaxAct and Wells Fargo. Intuit has had problems before with this sort of thing, and with their Quicken product, too, as I recall. I've tried Compass and BAC, though not JPM. The only time I had a problem with WF, and it was a serious one, I got live people, both on the phone and promptly via email (because I wanted an on the record conversation), and the bank worked hard and quickly to produce a prompt correction.
