Thanks muchly for the detailed response...it's obvious that some more research plus a dosage of professional advice would be called for in my case. Actually, what I want to do is to be able to roll the 401k over (dont know if I could keep the 401K with the company, nor does it include an option for purchasing straight USG Treasuries), withdraw the INTEREST earned yearly but leave the "principal" alone.

At any rate, you've helped me on this one...keep Foolin'..
