Please explain why you are projecting high rates of inflation over the next few years. Also, if the NAV of bonds rises, the yield drops. But do these basically balance out? Why would you say it is a bad time to own bonds? I realize that bonds may not keep up with inflation, but presumably neither will they lose 50% of their value.

Looking for some insight on this.
