Considering both the tremendous drop in uranium price and the stock price experienced by USEC (ticker USU), is USEC still a viable venture in anything but the short term? If so, will be be competitive with foreign uranium suppliers with the new technology it is now investing in?
USEC is a viable and will remain profitable -- currrent prices will likely rise.
No, USEC started investing in new technology too late and foreign competiton will overtake it.
