Yes, and if the Roth had come along several years ago, I'd have probably jumped into it, too. However, as a retiree, I have no wish to tie up my money in something I must wait 5 years to access.

As always, everyone should do his or her own DD (due diligence) on anything -- investments or otherwise -- to see what fits HIS or HER own situation.
