I don't know if anyone still has any interest in this old GG stock. I can't remember if it was an official rec or just on a watch list. If you saw the market yesterday, the bottom fell out of potash market as the Russian producer dropped out of its jv, leading to speculation that potash prices would drop significantly.

I no longer own the stock, but (unfortunately) have a call spread that lost 1/2 of its value. The short 9/13 call will expire worthless, but I still own 1/15 long calls. Hopefully, by that date the value of the stock will move back up. I have plenty of time to wait. In the meantime, I'll look for more opportunities to sell additional calls against the position.

Anyone still following this stock (or other potash producers?" Any thoughts on the general potash market and its effects on ag business?

Bill
