Sorry for the pedestrian question but I was unable to determine an answer from the FAQ.

July 2 there is another TIPS auction. I have never purchased any TIPS but am considering it this time. But, I would like to have at least a ballpark idea of what the base rate will be before going forward. It appears that the historical difference between TIPS and fixed 10 yr Treasuries is in the 2% range. Is there any way to get a little more precision on it in advance?

Thanks for bearing with a newbie.
