Doing a little research, starting to put out feelers... has anyone done any research into corporations that have spoken out against the use of prison labor? It has been argued that the threats of prison labor use have been used against labor unions to keep them from striking, and that potentially the entire nation's trend towards things like '3 strikes' are used to purposefully increase the prison populations to increase this supply of cheap labor for large corporations. Once again, I'm not saying this is the case, I'm just saying these arguements have been presented to me. So I'm curious, does anyone know of any companies / funds that state in their values / goals / whatever that they are against the use of prison labor?TMFEscrimeTechie, TMF
