You were correct about Estee Lauder not having an exclusive deal for ATD technology, Bath and Body Works will be launching new products using Disperse's technology before Christmas. I'm not sure if your company has made the right decision by not licensing this technolgy, are you sure your company can get "close" to producing a product of Idealist's quality? Idealist is the number one anti ageing product in prestige department stores, selling one million units in its first 10 months and boosting Estee Lauder's anti ageing sales by 40%; with these sort of numbers, I'm sure that companies at the higher end of the cosmetics market will pay the dollar to licence this.
Is LightSource available in department stores yet?
