Hey folks.....just thought I'd let you know that if you're using Safari Browser, as I have been doing, and have a subscription to Godfrey Library online for Heritage Quest, you may find yourself having the same problems I have experienced over the last 2 weeks.Sometimes I could get into the site with no problems, and other times, it kept asking for my user name, etc. which it already had!!!!I finally called the library today, and the first question I was asked was if I used Safari.Seems something has been done on the Safari side that makes it not like the Godfrey "site", so the nice man told me to open IE and enter all pertinent info....and I was in again with no problems!!Suggested to him that they put something on their first page so we folks would quit blaming ourselves for the problem.....he said they had mailed this info out to new subscribers....but that didn't help me, since I had joined up last year!!! LOLAnyway, hope this helps to solve anyone's problem who is using Safari and has a membership at Godfrey Library!!"rosie"
