I have inquired on several boards and through direct mail about how to investigate the performance of various professional managers for our firm's pension and profit-sharing funds. We are considering changing the current managers for lack of performance.
Can anyone suggest good objective methods to evaluate professional managers to choose from?
The Hulbert Digest has been suggested and I received a solicitaton the same day for that newsletter. It is very inexpensive and has an interesting sales pitch in its brochure. Does anybody hve any experience with this journal?
Thanks,
Remman
