The Fool: What's the best restaurant you've ever been to? (Include name, location, and average bill for two.)
Yngrealtor: The best restaurant I've been to is Daniel's in Tucson, Arizona. I took my last girlfriend there and had ostrich. It was excellent. An average bill for two is between $50-$75.
The Fool: Make a confession.
Yngrealtor: I confess that I have great personal criticism on whether I am a success in my life or not. I'm 18 years old and I'm just starting a career in real estate. I have high expectations and I will strive for my goals. However, my performance in life is a constant thought in my mind. One line in a movie that really touched me was in Saving Private Ryan. In the end of the movie the now older "Private Ryan" asks his wife if he has lived a good life. He is concerned because many men had to risk their lives or die for his life and he's not sure if it was worth it. I feel the same way... I just hope I make my life worth it... for the people that put so much time into me.
The Fool: Tell us about your greatest personal success, not necessarily finance related.
Yngrealtor: Well, my greatest successes would have to be the accomplishment of obtaining my real estate license while completing my senior year in high school. Also, I have been a great success in my favorite sport, volleyball, because of my hard work.
The Fool: Did Lee Harvey Oswald act alone?
Yngrealtor: <SOMEWHAT JOKINGLY> I don't know. I saw the movie JFK years ago and from what I've heard from that movie and other sources I don't see how he could have acted alone. Besides, what's the deal with all of the other Kennedy's getting killed in tragic accidents. It's probably a big conspiracy.
The Fool: What's been your best investment to date, and how did you discover it?
Yngrealtor: Well, being 18 I don't have a lot of money to play around with. I'm currently only invested in Putnam's Capital Opportunity Fund, Class A. It's been performing pretty well. Since I'm new to investing I'm hoping to learn as much as I can through Motley Fool and other sources and make a very accomplished portfolio so I can live a wealthy life. The way I see it is that I'll be fine, considering my young age I have plenty of time to make an outstanding portfolio. I just want to learn as much as I can about investing, it is extremely interesting to me.
The Fool: Do you have a favorite company or stock which the worldwide Foolish community should know about -- and why?
Yngrealtor: I don't really know what company I would talk about so... no.
The Fool: List some of your favorite websites, with running commentary where appropriate. (Please provide the URLs, too.)
Yngrealtor: Well, my favorite website currently is the one that I created for my Dad. He's also in real estate. I'm working for him. The URL is.... http://www.tucsonhomes4u.com
