The Fool: What's your favorite activity (within the realm of good taste)?
misterheronet: If it involves adrenaline, then count me in. I love to scuba dive, sky dive, whitewater rafting, etc.

You know the Queen song, "I Want It All." :)
The Fool: What's your biggest pet peeve?
misterheronet: Illogical arguments. It drives me nuts when people don't use logic when debating or arguing a point. Then, inevitably, they turn to personal attacks to discredit the person winning the argument/debate.

When I was in the military, I had an employee that couldn't come to work on time. Finally, I sat him down to counsel him. His response was that although he was late, he wore the best looking uniform. I still don't get it, and it's been years.

Just an example.
The Fool: If you could go back in time and witness one event in history, what would you go back and see?
misterheronet: I would go to ancient Egypt. I am dying to know how they built the pyramids. I know what the experts say, but their opinions may not be true.

The Egyptians possessed knowledge that was all but forgotten until recent history. I want to know how they knew, and why the information was lost.
The Fool: What's your favorite Fool message board?
misterheronet: Kua'aina Partners - Some of the people there know so much that they are intimidating, and they are friendly.
The Fool: When you aren't working or sitting in front of the computer, what occupies your time?
misterheronet: Reading is my passion. I read most anything; papers, books, magazines.
The Fool: Have you had a brush with fame, the proverbial '15 minutes'? Tell us about it.
misterheronet: Nope, never had the opportunity, and I don't want it. I enjoy my privacy. :)
The Fool: Your greatest fear? Any neurotic ones (agoraphobia, triskaidekaphobia, etc.)?
misterheronet: I am deathly afraid of heights. Anything over about 50 feet, and I'll pass. I don't know the fifty cent word for that, and I probably couldn't spell it even if I knew it. (grin)
The Fool: What other financial products or services do you use?
misterheronet: I use datek, etrade, companysleuth, earningswhispers, and thanks to Uncle Sam, I have to have tax preparation software (Turbotax). :)
The Fool: What's been your best investment to date and how did you discover it?
misterheronet: EMC-I read about them in a financial magazine, took a look (DD), and couldn't resist. I don't normally read financial magazines because (IMHO) most of the articles are not well researched or well written, so I took it as an omen. BTW, I still haven't paid capital gains on my initial investment.
The Fool: Do you have a favorite company or stock which the worldwide Foolish community should know about -- and why?
misterheronet: My favorite is EMC, and it has been for over four years. Can you say expanding market share in an expanding market? Buy it and forget about it. No capital gains, no worry, no problem. If we lose with this company, there will probably be grounds for a shareholder lawsuit due to the extreme mismanagement necessary to derail this gorilla.
The Fool: List some of your favorite websites, with running commentary where appropriate. (Please provide the URLs, too.)
misterheronet: www.clearstation.com - I love charts. I've spent months learning about TA, and now I finally know enough to more efficiently lose money. :) I like the practice, and one day, I'll be good enough to actually get one prediction correct.

www.jokeaday.com - Humor, need I say more?

Any news sites. I'm a newshound. My friends would say addicted. :)
