| The Fool: | What's your favorite movie, and why? |
| tmffuz: |
Hmm. There are so many. I would say, in no particular order: Top Gun Planes, Trains, and Automobiles Casablanca Pulp Fiction Without Limits Why? They kick ass. |
| The Fool: | What's the best advice you've ever received? |
| tmffuz: | "Stick to what you know." -- my Father |
| The Fool: | If you had to pick an existing song title that best describes your life, what would it be? |
| tmffuz: | The "Thong" song by Sisqo. |
| The Fool: | What's the best restaurant you've ever been to? (Include name, location, and average bill for two.) |
| tmffuz: |
Patria on Park Avenue in NY is pretty awesome. It is a Price Fixe menu...about $75 per person (c'mon SPEND some of that money you made in the bull market). To get the best hot and sour soup you have to travel to Vietnam House in Vietnam. It's awesome! It costs a lot of Dong (which is not a lot of $), but hey when you go that far, you might as well be a big spender. In Vegas go to the RIO and eat at Antonio's. About $50 per person. I love good food! |
| The Fool: | Have you had a brush with fame, the proverbial '15 minutes'? Tell us about it. |
| tmffuz: | When I was in Japan, I signed autographs and took pictures with people. I also got plenty of free drinks! Everyone in Japan has a camera...or so it seems! |
| The Fool: | What's the best product you use that most people don't know about? |
| tmffuz: | A Sonicare toothbrush...gets my teeth really clean! |
| The Fool: | Briefly explain how you select stocks. |
| tmffuz: |
I primarily invest in index funds. My 401K is maxed out into an SP 500 fund. I take additional monies and add it to the QQQ Nasdaq-100 trust (especially when it goes down). I also own a handful of stocks that make up about 30% of the value of the portfolio. Microsoft and Intel have been very, very good to me (say this sentence in your best Sammy Sosa voice). So has Siebel. :)) |
