Does anyone know of a website that describes a publicly traded company's profit margins? Am I looking at the right thing if I look at something like this (for SBUX here):

perhaps you can peruse the following in the 4th column for all kinds of margins.

Morningstar has a nice table of margins as well, and has 5 years of data available for free (you get a 10 year view with with a premium membership):

Make sure to look at several years worth of data. Pretty much anything could impact margins one way or another in one quarter or year. You want to make sure your estimate for margins is representative of what the company will be able to attain going forward.
