protectionism is folly. The 21st century shift from traditional lines of manufacturing to what Drucker called "knowledge work"—laboratory analysis, software design, and so on—is as inexorable as the 20th century transition from agriculture to manufacturing.

Rubbish and trash. Both agriculture and manufacturing are essential skills necessary for the survival of any society.
Offshoring of these critical capabilities puts the United States at TREMENDOUS risk.

Drucker is full of crap.

Why dont these slimeballs just admit they want slave labor and something for nothing? Even at the expense of their country's welfare and safety.

Offshoring is treason.
