Curious if anyone else saw that piece on CNN about investing in Bear Markets with long-short funds or dividend-paying funds?

Is there such a thing you could recommend as a d-paying ETF; we have Sharebuilder and that idea piqued my interest. Sorry for the ignorance, but I am assuming they trade high-yielding stocks in and out of the basket or do they hold value stocks indefinately in there?
