Good morning,

Today Radiant today reported financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2000.

Total revenues for the second quarter ended June 30, 2000 were $30.3 million, a decrease of 1.0% over revenues of $30.6 million for the same period in 1999. Total revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2000 were $62.7 million, an increase of 14.3% over revenues for the same period in 1999 of $54.9 million. Net income for the second quarter ended June 30, 2000, was $608,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, a decrease of $784,000, or $0.03 per diluted share, compared to net income of $1.4 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, for the same period in 1999. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 1999, before extraordinary item, was $3.2 million, or $0.11 per diluted share, an increase of $1.7 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, over net income of $1.5 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, for the same period last year.
