Does anyone know if someone like John Lasseter, who in addition to being a Disney executive also creates content, is compensated? Does he receive an overall salary for all his duties and then doesn't participate in the profits generated by the content he creates? Or, is he paid to be the creative officer and also receive producer fees, profit participation on films he works on, etc.?
