I just got married and we are looking to buy/build a house with the rates being as low as they are. We have about 2000 cash to use for a down payment. We are both 26 and I have 15000 between a Roth and regular IRA and she has about 4000 between both of hers. The houses we are looking at are between 120,000 and 150,000. I know there is a 10,000 limit so could we both use part of our IRA's to help with the downpayment??
