I've been an avid DRIP investor since 1988 and
I am always looking for new opportunites. I recently
stumbled upon ZION while thumbing through Value Line
and I am impressed with this bank's numbers. My brother
also lives in Salt Lake and he has only good things
to say about ZION.

The stock price has taken a tumble during the past
four months to $43 from $65 and I'm thinking about
getting in while it's low.

I checked out the web site (,
and couldn't find much information about the DRIP. Does anyone
know how often the plan purchases stock? Is it monthly,
quarterly? (I'm hoping that it's a monthly plan) And I noticed
on the Netstock Direct site that it is a fee-free plan the
minimum OCP is $10.

Any comments and suggestions about ZION's DRIP plan
would be appreciated.

Thank you!
