OK. I need to have some guys come in and re-paint the entire interior. What do I need to do to prep the place for them?

Also, I need to have some other stuff done -- patch some drywall, install quarter-rounds in the living room, replace all the window screens, install a drapery rod, replace a toilet.... is it likely that I'll find one company to do everything, or should I split the tasks out to specialists?

(Please don't suggest I do any of this myself, BTW. Ain't gonna happen.)
