I've been working for about 9 months on a huge quilt for our bed (DH and I just had our first anniversary). I'm done! I sewed the batting together this morning (I woke up 30 minutes early and needed that time!). Finished the rest of it last weekend, so it's ready to do. We're taking it to a machine quilting place this afternoon. I'm trying to decide how much I'm willing to pay to have the binding done there, too. Given its size (it's a bedspread), I'm tempted to pay for it, but we could be talking $50 (or more). The thing will already cost over $150 to quilt, with about $200 of material in it. But it will last forever. AND I MADE IT!:)Selphiras
