Quit beating up on FirstUSA.

I've actually had pleasant experiences with them for the past year or two. They were willing to remove a late charge when I called and asked them to several months after the fact (I was reviewing my statements and noticed it). The rep asked why they should, and I told them 'Because I asked. Out of the goodness of your heart. I dunno.' That worked. They also reduced my rate when I called and asked for lower. They and Citi have been my most 'approachable' lenders so far, on the customer service front. USAA is up there, too.

Fleet is evil. Ever see 'Time Bandits'? There is a scene at the end where someone tells the kid "Don't touch that. It's pure e-vil".
