" “almost 21 million people between the ages of 18 and 30 are living at home” with parents. :

Markets seem to be very adept at overshooting their targets. First no one was ever going to buy a home again - figuratively speaking - and everyone was going to be living in apartments (or home).

Now EVERYONE is going to be buying a home and no one will be living in apartments.

I agree that over the last 6 years there has been a lot of household destruction by people living at home or with roommates that would have lived alone in their own apartments 10 years ago.

AVB has always been a little pricy for me, I buy mostly from the bargain bin, but at this price I might dabble in AVB or some other apartment REIT.
