Maybe not. The Detroit denizens raised a stink a few years ago because banks were being "racist" for putting bullet proof glass (which is bullet-resistant, not bullet-proof) up in their Detroit branches but not in the branches in the suburbs. If Sam Adbullah puts up bullet proof glass in his gas station "he raycess!" Nope, he has to sacrifice himself like a good little lamb. "

Around here, all the 7-11 type stores have cash safes in them. They keep no more than 20 or 30 bucks in the register, and if they need more money, they get it 20 bucks at a time out of the cash safe.....and it won't give them more for another minute or two.

if they get a lot of cash in, it goes right into the big solid cash safe.

That slows down most robberies..they won't get but 20-30 bucks....so the robbers go after the liquor stores and others......like small grocery stores and restaurants.....
