"As someone who worked as a federal employee for 21 years I knew that the computer issues would doom this thing. The federal gov't is a mish-mash of different platforms of varying ages. It is a FT job trying to get them to communicate at all. Often times they don't. You should have seen how tough it was to get supplies from the Navy supply system. "'

25 years ago, I knew someone in the Navy who was part of a computer tech service team. She said that half the group, when the computer stopped, would sit around and pray that the computer would start working again. They had no clue how to fix it. They'd do that for hours. It never started working again.

She was one who could fix it.....but the 'boss' always let the others sit around and 'pray' for hours......until they finally admitted they had no clue where to start to fix...or desire to fix it..... and called on her. She wasn't part of their 'bible group'.

I'd bet it is not much better today.
