Because you are making the mistake in thinking that the for Buffett, the only parameter in the buy/hold/sell swing decision for BRK is price. It has been explained many times that when it comes to BRK that there are other parameters that factor into the buy/hold/sell swing decision.

I do not have the same burdens and conflicts of interest that Buffett has with respect BRK so for me, the only parameter is valuation.
