"Because of how much my parents make, I am not elgible for any financial aid."

thewh1,

You may not be eligible for any "need-based" financial aid, however you will qualify for some form of financial aid (i.e. unsubsidized Federal Stafford loans, PLUS (Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students) loan.

For the Stafford, you need to fill out the FAFSA and submit it to the federal processor, making sure the new school gets a copy. Talk to the financial aid office of the new school. Perhaps they have loan programs available to those that do not qualify for need-based aid.

The Stafford loans are around 5-6% now, and where I went to school, the University offered another private loan that was fixed at 7%.
