No logical owner will expand unless there is more demand.... Demand only comes from workers with disposable income...

If an owner expands due to a tax break then the government is paying the owner to hire... In that case might as well expand government and have government hire folks directly....

It is almost like you are suggesting that government pay owners to create jobs??? That would be a lucrative middleman position to be in...

IN essence you are saying that the government cover the new workers wages in whole or part to keep the owners income going up...
