"Compoany Stock in 401k Plan - should I sell "

Are you comfortable with the risk that holding one position represents? If this is a small portion of your total assets then there may be no need to diversify. If you decide that diversification is the avenue you'd like to pursue, think about rolling that 401k into a traditional IRA. As long as no distributions are taken there shouldn't be any tax ramifications and you should be able to invest in wider array of stocks/funds
