For example, most people think teachers are "underpaid," based largely on decades of union propaganda that makes us think teachers get paid next to nothing, when, in fact, they make pretty good money.Sometimes when I hear these union types spouting their "underpaid" mantra, I wish I could stick them for a month in a job that is really "underpaid"- where wages are low, working conditions are brutal, and salaries are less than half of what the average "underpaid" teacher makes.
