In comparing this years 1065 filing to last years, I realized that I made a stupid mistake last year, while using the rather help-sparse TurboTax Business package.

Long story short, the "Final" filing checkbox at the top of last years form 1065 ended up checked.* Do I need to refile or not? Are there any ramifications I need to be aware of?

Thanks very much!

*I had assumed this meant a final version of the form, or the last filing of the year, NOT that we were closing the business. TT Business had no definition or explanation. I eventually noticed this last night on the IRS website. DOH!!
