"Hey, maybe I can sue all the movie theaters that let children under 12 have cheaper seats, or
perhaps the restaurants that let kids below a certain age eat free!
Where are MY freebies!? Wait, what about the airlines that don't charge fares for your baby if you
hold it in your lap? If I sit on my husband's lap, isn't that the same thing? Wait just a dadgum minute,
the dentist gives the kids free balloons and coupons to McDonald's! What a gyp, maybe I'll sue
him, too. Life is soooo unfair"

LOL. But seriously, here is the difference I see. Banking is an essential service in today's world and ALL my money goes through a bank. In effect, it is not a discretionary purchase. If I don't like a theater's pricing policy, I just don't go to the theater. I'm not asking for a freebie or a discount, just a non-discrimatory rate of interest on my money.
