"I don't have time to work out."Make time.If you have to, sleep 15 minutes less every night - there's 15 minutes worth of exercise you can add to your day.Exercise instead of or while watching TV. If you watch ANY TV at all, you have time to work out.I can't think of a single person in this country who doesn't have time to work out. Heck, if the president can find time, so can you.You can do it if you really want to!And you're right - start exercising first and only buy stuff once you've made it into a habit.Good luck!
