LOL! Seattle Pioneer and Telegraph and you only see their posts if someone copies and pastes something they said? Otherwise I'm betting you got them on ignore? Just guessing....

My general rule of thumb is to completely skip anything having to do with politics. If I see any key words in the first sentence or two I click on "next" and move on. It doesn't take me long to zoom through several hundred posts when I get behind. If I've been gone and I'm behind I read the board in threaded mode and I click "ignore thread" on all the political bellyaching. I've zoomed through several thousand posts in just a couple of days that way.
