"I sincerely hope that the president takes a little helicopter tour of the area. I also hope he gets close enough to be shot at. He deserves it. "

Reacting to something the size and scope of NO is uniqu. There have been massive amounts of water brought there. No enough but it has happened.

There are too many things going on for this not to be chaos.

However, for the juveniles who can only spout anti_Bush rhetoric - remember they are not ignoring the plans put in place by the last 200 years of presidents who faced the same disasters - they are working the problem from scratch - gathering the resources - gathering the troops that will stop riots killing people to get to the delivered goods - THAT IS WHAQT WOULD HAPPEN IF THEY JUST DROPPED IT - more would die in the riots thatn in the waiting.

The situation is so huge as to be unimaginable as a planned recovery, the number of people and resources are not going to get together in a day.

As unbelievable as it seems not everything that happens is someone's fault and not everything in the world can be planned for.
