I agree. I just want the Feds to not put barriers in place that make it harder or impossible for states, districts, and schools that want to implement a variety of potential amelioratives. I use that word advisedly because I believe there is no "solution". Evil will always exist and cannot be prevented, only limited in its ability to harm us.
