I'm all for that.

If they can't pass a budget by the due date.....we penalize them. If they don't get it done, they don't go home or don't get paid (or any of the benefits like travel allowances, housing allowances or pension credit)..

Even better, they all should be forced to join ObamaCare once it starts. No gold plated special plans.

Same for their retirement. No plan...they pay into SS, and can have a 401K plan invested solely in broadbase market indexes. NO individual holdings.
