Nearly all Americans are better off than 90% of all Chinese and 95% of all Indians and 99% of most 3rd world countries. Yeah...well, with only 1% making more than $500,000 each and every year, and more than 20% of them falling in/out of that category each year..... it's at the top ....the very top. So? You really object to 'only' making $100,000 a year? Or $200,000 a year? I'm surprised you find that so terrible. oh, poor little you!t.
