"Jesus wasn't the Son of God and Savior of the world? Just a little Jewish rabbi like other little Jewish rabbis before and after him. Hmmm.... I think you've missed the entire purpose of the New Testament." - catherine

You are in for such a big surprise. When I read the New Testament I see allusions to the holographic universe running all through it. It's so obvious to me. Jesus's stories have a very strong holographic flavor which tell me who and what Jesus was.

All the rest of it is other people's interpretations of who and what Jesus was, or who they thought he was. There are verses in the New Testament that have clearly been added in there that weren't part of Jesus's original stories. Stuff that monks and scribes added in because they didn't understand his stories, especially the references to hell.

The New Testament is a highly embellished and out of sequence near death experience story. It is so obvious. Very similar to other near death experience stories that I've read. The story about the Virgin birth was a common myth from that time that I'm fairly certain some little girl made up to try to keep from being stoned for fornicating out of wedlock. Some smart little girl told her friends and family that a god came down and impregnated her and that's how she got knocked up. The alternative was to be buried up to her waist and then have rocks thrown at her till she was dead.

The myth of who Jesus was is so similar to the Horus myth that it just jumps right out at you. The tale of Jesus and Mary is almost identical to the story of Isis and Osiris. I'm betting I'm a whole lot closer to being right than you are. We'll see when we get to the other side.
