"Make sure you and your sweetie are on the same financial page BEFORE you marry." "Talking money with your spouse." "Raising financially astute kids." Could be done. Could even be useful. And if they're pitching it at Wal-mart customers, maybe they won't have the filthy-rich designer homes Real Simple is full of (ecch). I'd agree with you if the editor's background included managing any magazine that had to do with money, but they list the magazines in her background and they are all the "traditional" women's mags. I consider it an insult that they consider "interpersonal relationships" to be the most important thing in my life simply because I'm a woman. When's the last time GQ or some other men's magazine had "interpersonal relationships" as the first thing they list? The closest one is Sports Illustrated's swimsuit edition. I think I'll stick with WSJ.
