"Most common is a five year, all-or-none so that if one leaves a job after 4 years 11 months, all the employer contribution would be forfeited. I don't find that to be true... at least in the Midwest. A graded 2/20 or 3/20 is more normal in this area of the country" I suppose there is variation according to the nature of the business, also. I've encountered the 5 year all or nothing in California and Virginia and heard of it elsewhere. If really interested, someone could set up a poll.... Regards, Chris
